Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Went riding in the early afternoon with Roger. The weather was nice and cool with moderate to high wind conditions. We had a headwind on the way back, so we decided to cut the ride short by not doing the SS loop. I felt pretty good most of the way. Roger and I shared pulls, so it wasn't as difficult as the last solo ride. My bike is working well. Since the last ride, after discovering that the rear wheel was not tightened fully, the creaking noise has gone away, for now... I will keep a close eye on it for now. I'm thinking I should still bring it in for a tuneup and see if the chain guard can be replaced. Before I forget, I'm feeling more balanced on the bike in terms of left and right legs hooking up properly. I think I attribute this due to my resistance training and stretching.
