Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Went riding with Roger in the mid afternoon. It was cold and windy today. I had to wear 2 layers + Windbreaker, leg/arm warmers, gloves, skullcap.. the works. The first few miles were brutal, I was forcing the pace just a little so that I could get warmed up as fast as possible. The downhill to keene was very very cold. My windbreaker worked great though, my upper body was nice and warm. Just my face and fingers were hurting a little. The way back up was just real modest tempo. I was never in the red zone. Roger labored a little, but we managed to finish together at the top. No serious ailments, my concentration was in and out on the downhill, mostly there on the uphill. My bike is working great now, no clicks or squeeking. Although, I still want to see if I can get something done with the chain guard.
