WW Day 1 - Whitewater West Loop 6-26-15

Merlin. Beautiful day and first ride of the tour with Dave Frable. Sunny, low 70's, slight cooling breeze. Started at the Hamilton House and rode South to Whitewater/Rice Lake, then West to Lima Center, North to Ft Atkinson, East to Cold Spring and returning South to Whitewater. Great roads, rolling hills, very secluded route with little traffic. After the ride we checked in at the Hamilton House, walked into town and had beers and dinner at Second Salem Brewery. Very tired - went to bed early and got about 10 hours in - first really good night's sleep since my return from Italy.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
