Had to manually download from phone
Hit 3 vertical dots in upper right and it offered many options, among which was DOWNLOAD. Hit that and it popped up in RwGPS. Perhaps I had Airplane mode still on when I tried to get it to the computer.

In any event there is STRAIGHT LINE from mile 1.3 on Rt 126 to mile 2.7 near Baker Bridge Road.
Also many of the traces are offset from the road they are tracking.

So phone can be a backup to say "I was in this vicinity" but it ain't pretty.
for example the Westerly trip on Barretts Mill Road in on the SOUTH side of the road and the RETURN trip a few minutes later is 10-20 feet to the NORTH.

And in AIRPLANE mode I lose CADENCE and HR

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
