Geneva-Oswego Trails & Roads 12-27-20

Emonda. Cold - right around 40 degrees, mostly cloudy, wind from the South, not too bad. Similar route to last week but different directions taken. Lots of other riders out today. Stayed mostly warm with Merino wool base SS tee and gloves. Even worked up a sweat under the jacket.

Also a new personal best for most yearly mileage - Today's ride (and any through this Thursday) brought my total for 2020 up to 8,081 miles, topping last year's total of 8,072 miles. That is substantially below my goal of 9,000 miles, but my MTB accident in late July really brought down my August and September totals.

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
