KCC-Newark Easter Road Ride 4-04-21

Emonda. Gorgeous sunny day, warmer temps and ever increasing SSE/South wind, 5-6 mph increasing to 11-12 mph by the turnaround point. Rode with Joe to about 20 miles then solo from there. Good hard effort, legs pretty spent with all the riding this week - 206 miles and 16 hours. Lots of climbing including two trips out of the Fox River Valley. Only the second metric of the 2021 season. Surprisingly only saw about 8-9 other riders today.

TSS: 151, IF: 65, Avg: 175W, Max: 1101W, Norm: 183W, Cad: 81, Max: 115.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
