Canceled going to the the Tour de Payne in Stillwater for an experimental ride idea Frank made up. He agreed to go with me to Seminole and Jerome meet us out there. Right of the bat my stupid leg started bothering and I was adding sports cream from the get go. By the time we made the decision to go to Cromwell I was already thinking of taking the short way back to the car. Instead I followed the guys to Cromwell. Around the half way there mark to Cromwell they dropped me and I was in terrible shape trying to ride on my sore leg. (Note to self--fix your shit) I split off from F & J at La Shadida to go get my car and fought the 20 + gusting S wind alone while the opted for going back to Shawnee with a cross-wind. Needless to say Frank called when he got back and I was still two miles from my destination. Pain was really bad, don't think I'll be able to 100 HHH at this point; need dr help :(

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
