Starbucks via Dove Mt and down the back side

Nice route today. We crossed over Dove Mt. and went all the way down the back side as well as all the way up to the Ritz.
The weather was perfect with light winds.
We were flying. That was my fastest overall average speed since Jan15th thanks to a very fast run up the CDO with strong riders rotating nicely.
Still, this old body understands the price to pay: I got some cramping this afternoon and so I'm pouring down the tonic water as I sit here in the den.
-Wouldn't change a thing. Great group of riders on a great day. Doesn't get much better.
