My Garmin was dying, so I started recording the ride on my iPhone using the RWGPS app. I trimmed the start of the gps track from the iPhone to remove the overlap, and then merged the files using RWGPS. This is the result.
The following text is from my description of my original upload from my Garmin:
A slightly new route with a new start/finish location for 2015. I did some bonus miles after leaving the Valley Ford rest stop by taking the wrong turn (the way back to the finish) and had to backtrack over a steep hill which I think is new, about 7.3 miles and over 830' of climbing (33 min.); I let the mistake get under my skin and rode with a bad attitude basically until I made it back to Valley Ford and was finally heading back to the finish for real. Later, the Garmin died with about 35 miles to go. I had a fairly good time going before I made that wrong turn, but then started to have a cramp issue in the right groin area again, like on T2; I'm wondering if it is from riding in an "aero" position with my forearms over the handlebars using those muscles more or differently than when I'm in a regular position...
I had extra credit on this ride, having taken the wrong turn when leaving the Valley Ford stop the first time. So, I retraced my way back and continued the course.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
