Rode inside at the MOB Cyclery Computrainer Studio with some of the Spine and Sport guys. I did the workout as planned, and did my best to resist joining in the "race". However, I miss timed my intervals a little, so my third 10' effort was too close to the end of the course. I let my competativeness get the best of me right at the end, as I somehow was in 2nd place despite sticking to the planned workout and not "racing", and with about a mile to go I brigded up to and passed the 1st place guy (that is the 50sec effort at the end). I felt really good, and it did not seem as hard as my heartrate data indicates (I was able to talk without being winded basically the whole time). ***

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
