Two Days In A Row

Didn't do too many back-to-backs this year; no multi-day rides, so this was unusual. Rode Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon, both rides on dirt.

Great way to finish a fall weekend; temps in the high 60s or low 70s, light was that fall angled light and leaves are starting to, well, fall.

Pretty fast pace, but then, the Needwood Loop plus the Lois Greene area isn't too climby -- just over 1000 feet for 20 miles. Trails were pretty much perfect. Multiple little streams were dry, however, which IS unusual, so many "stream" crossings were just dips in the trail.

Legs felt good despite previous day's work, so must not be in too bad a condition even with reduced long-distance stuff.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
