Taos County Cycling

First of all that was rad. I definitely didn’t set the world on fire on those climbs. I feel like I’ve improved a lot in shorter efforts and overall cruising speed. These long steeps are banging me up though. Something to work on.

Felt like complete ass last night and this morning. Carbo loading makes me feel nasty. The feeling hung on longer into the ride than I thought it would.

Descending today felt probably the best ride I’ve had. El Nogal descent is rowdy!

Overall I feel stronger and more capable for these longer rides. Might be a little too early to expect massive speed gains.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
