Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Went riding in the late morning. Weather was in the 70's and the prevailing winds from the North. Today was a no Heroic day. Just real good and modest tempo. I did a little dig up over the Loop monument, but that was as far as I pushed myself for this ride. Ailments, none really, some numbness in the hands. Shaking them seemed to make it go away. Concentration was good, but a few lapses in and there (as usual). Balance was good, no complaints there. My weight is down to 135 now. I'm really not sure what to make of it. I want to stay around 140ish. Will have to see how my weight flucutates in the next few weeks. I just hate to lose muscle mass after all the strength training I've been doing. Also, my diet. maybe I just need to eat a little more. I think I haven't been feeding in the later evening hours. Ok, GPS working great, Bike working good. Some creaking here and there, but it went away partially on the return ascent. Gopro was working good, however it locked up after the SD card was full.... I forgot to format it before going on today's ride. I coudln't format it after it was full, not sure if that's a bug, but no biggy.
