Palos Hills MTB Ride 9-28-22

Fuel EX 9.8. Mostly sunny, cool, wind not a factor in the woods. Great ride with Jack, definitely in the top 5 all time. We rode on mostly blue intermediate trails with just the right mixture of green connector trails to recover from the hard stuff.

Hard workout and very technical but not in a bad way - just had to really pay attention to watch out for turns, rocks and roots, of which there were many. A lot of short steep climbs. Except for the Green connector trails, most of the single track is Blue intermediate. I am very pleased with my skill level increase over the last 2 years (since my crash here).

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
