2022 10 11 元朗>大棠>大帽山>>妙高台>川龍>荃灣

早幾天前，我的喜力仕換了牙盤，從 34 換成 30 橢圓片，要找一條富挑戰性的路線試車，於是就想到從大棠騎上大帽山。

原計劃是大帽山落山後，會踩林錦公路去大埔的，但是在到達山頂雷達站後，想起近期新的打咭熱點貓畫，順便探廢英軍情報站。

回到雷達站，落山時又有點貪心，也想去妙高台的山火瞭望站。結果在要離開妙高台時，看著如要扛車回大帽山道，有點太高了，於是改變計劃，從妙高台走山路下去，騎落荃灣作結。

回頭說說換了牙盤的感覺，平路覺得輕快了，至於大棠到荃錦坳，仍然感到有點重腳，如要再輕腳，只有換飛輪了；大帽山到雷達站，感覺很不錯。結論是還要多踩一些爬坡路線，這才再考慮是否換飛輪。

路線：元朗站、小商新村、朗河路、僑興路、大棠生態園、大棠山道、吉慶橋、大欖林道、荃錦坳、大帽山雷達站、往鉛礦坳車路盡頭（來回）、英軍情報站、大帽山雷達站、大帽山道、山徑、妙高台、山徑、響石墳場、川龍林道、荃錦公路、下花山引水道、油柑頭、麗城花園、海濱公園單車徑、荃灣西站

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
