Around Canal and Landsdowne after Covid

Over 3 weeks since I was on the bike because of Jennifer and I having Covid . I am over it and definitly on the road to recovery , but Jennifer is not exactly 100% , but she is close and in a few more days she will be OK. Today she went to the library and did 13000 steps so she is on her way.
It was like a serious cold , an ailment which I do not suffer from, as all my colds last about a day , if even that much .
Anyway the cycle tself was really great and I found it very relaxing as I really wanted to go on a cycle for the past few weeks.
Also we are now able to go and see Freya . And it seems that we will get Benicio on Christmas Day as She had him last Xmas . But 10 weeks to go - a lot can happen in the meantime.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
