Underground RR in SJ

Had a birthday last week, so I wanted to ride my age in miles. This route, connecting a number of Underground Railroad churches and other sites, fit the bill. (I did have to ride a couple times around a block near the end to get the full distance I needed.)

The wind-chill at the Gibbstown start was 42F, (which I was dressed for); ending wind-chill was 56F.
Some nice country displaying some nice Fall colors.
Saw a pair of eagles in the Mannington Meadow wetlands near Salem, and another watching from an iron framework at the Salem County landfill, where the earth-moving machines working close by seemed not to bother it.

Another good day on the bike.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
