This was the first ride I went on for a few weeks between weather holidays and other things . The weather has been warm for the time of year but it has been very hot , and therefore wet , so I hope there will will no drought this year. This time I followed a pre-planned route I had set out along the Canal and then thro Lucan and then Strawberry Beds ,lastly thro centre of Dublin and back home by Canal . It was a nice cycle but I tried and succeeded not to have a cuppa on the way as I have not slept that well over the past few nights . So coffeeless. Anyway a good cycle but I only started after 2PM and had to watch the light . I had of course got lights but much safer to ride in daylight. Anyway a good cycle.
