yet another day of high wind and rain all day, so took out the mtb, at oxford st noticed left crank arm was loose but due didnt have my 10mm allen key tool with me, tried to limp it home, journey stopped when left arm fell off. as mtb has flat pedal i realise you cannot pedal into a strong headwind with only one pedal so had to walk home in the rain, oh joy. word on the street is it may be a nice day tomorrow, there's clearly no more rain left in the sky.

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
