Compte tenu du temps avec une température négative et du verglas je reste au chaud où du moins presque 12° dans le garage. L'home trainer est une alternative ça permet de faire tourner les jambes et de garder un peu la condition physique. En principe je n'en fais pas trop car même avec une température basse je transpire pas mal et par rapport il ne faut pas attraper froid. Aussi c'est statique les sensations sont totalement différentes par rapport à la route. Je prends toujours un parcours réel et c'est la que l'on voit la différence avec le HT. Si le HT est bien réglé il n'y a pas photo et en plus je dois pédaler dans les descentes. Ce matin je prends un parcours simple soit VERTUS - EPERNAY par le MONT BERNON et ses deux secteurs à 12° et 13°. Même avec le HT je trouve le moyen d'avoir 2 sauts de chaine merci SRAM. Mon rythme est inférieur à celui sur route mais au moins j'ai fait un d'exercice.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
