Ardclough and home.
This was just 1 day from the Winter Solistice , so the days are still extremely short. I had only started at 10.46AM so if I had wanted to go on a real cycle I should have started much earlier. I also had intended to go to Clane and Straffan but due to a bit of a hold up in Inchicore . I got an effing puncture ! This time I think I have discovered the secret of getting one side the tyre off the bike . Anyhow it was much easier. But it still took a long time so I did not really start till nearer 12.00PM. Apart from that it was a great cycle and I was going to call into my sisters but I did not as I would be 1 hour in there having a chat and finding out how her wrist was , and of course having a lovely cuppa. I decided to head back and I was glad because othwise I would be there till after 4 or even later . Anyway a good cycle and the weather was just OK at the start but it was still a bit cold. 67.47KM required to bring up to 4000KM.
