Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's raining outside, hence the need to ride indoors. I chose the London Hilly loop because I wanted to do two laps with a negative split. The legs felt average to start. The Halo Replay worked like a charm. It spawned two of them. One at the start and the second on the timed climb section. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the base of the climb for the first lap. I kept the tempo steady and mostly below 3 W/kg. The Halo Replays were ahead of me on this lap. I think I posted 72-ish over the top. I put in a modest dig going through the tunnel riser. My left calf muscle was getting a bit sore, so I was keeping an eye on it and easing up on the tempo. The second lap felt better than the first. I beat both Halo Replays. I was out of the saddle for most of the climb. I was doing over 3 W/kg most of the time. I posted a PR, I think it was a 90 day PR. Under 10 minutes. I put in a dig through the tunnel riser. After reaching the finish, I shut it down and cooled down till the HR reached 112 BPM. Concentration was good. Few lapses. No gremlins. Balance and form was good. Although, I had to adjust for the left calf muscle getting sore. Ailments, the left calf muscle started to get sore near the second lap. It started to subside as I increased my tempo. Gear worked flawless. I used OBS to record the event. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had most of my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, there were over 1000 riders on this map today.
