Rouvy: IL-OA-3 Aderet-Agdata-Nachshon 1-26-23

Merlin. Cloudy, cold - low 20's and snow last night so the roads were a mess today. Did a Rouvy ride in Israel for the first time, in a rolling area West of Jerusalem. Surprisingly green and some beautiful long vistas.

Apparently this was a popular route as there were quite a few other cyclists out. A good bit of climbing on the route with 3 major climbs otherwise just the occasional roller and long downhill sections. I beat all three of my shadow riders.

TSS: 73, IF: 61, Avg: 155W, Max: 478W, Norm: 163W, W/Kg: 1.5
