2023-01-31 Camera Shop on Oracle

Rather than bike the regular Tuesday Mt Lemmon ride, I rode with Paul to a camera repair shop on Oracle to pick up one he had some work done on. It was a little different route for us riding up to Orange Grove from the Rillito then south on Oracle to the shop. The stretch between Orange Grove on Oracle was NOT good-- terrible pavement, busy traffic and road work all along the shoulder so there was no bike lane. From River Rd on the ride was on designated bike routes the remainder of the way home. Mostly sunny with temps warming from the 40s into the 50s.

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
