Car drop and pick up

Where's the heart rate - it was showing on Garmin. Blue tooth was turned off on phone. I since turned it on, but didn't yet see HR on phone RWGPS app display - also no "paired with TICKR" Curious
The Garmin did record HR as well as display it. the garmin distance was about 1% low (.3 miles in 30 miles) Also the garmin climb was much lower than phone 993 vs 750 or so - the garmin did not show the phone's spikiness
Drive to Enterprise to drop van brought home after CT crash and total the Sienna
Then ride to Concord to lunch
Ride to Moran Leasing in Acton - get keys for new smaller rental and ride home

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
