Merlin. Cool, breezy and late in the day, I rode an old Kane County standby, part of the 2014 Swedish Days ride starting and ending at the old Kaneland Middle School off Meredith Road. Coincidentally, Jack and I rode a good portion of this route the next day on a longish Winter road ride from Kaneland HS down to Plano and back. It's quite a juxtaposition seeing bright Summer sunshine with corn and soybean fields on this ride then seeing barren wet fields the next day. My legs are finally feeling better after cutting out lunges from my workout schedule. I beat all 3 of my shadow riders and got in a fairly hard workout but only for an hour. This Rouvy workout was recorded on an old Virb by a guy that used to live off Gurler Rd in Dekalb. He's since moved to Nevada but I still see his ride videos.
