La Palma day 4

Glorious day of riding, few days ago I was at the top of the Taburiente caldera, today I went inside from the west side.
After that I visited recently erupted volcano Tajogaite and area of lava flow. It is devastating and magical at the same time.
New road over the lava flow is in construction and still to hot for bicycle tires so we are not allowed to ride it. I asked the guy with a big van to take me over for 10€. It was like smuggling people over the border.
I'll be camping just under the recent vulcano caldera, village of Las Man has, and watch how smoke is still coming out of the top.
Hopefully waits for me to leave tomorrow.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
