Gran Canaria Tour day 4

I'm leaving mountains and heading down to the coast to La Aldea de San Nicolas.
I'm glad that I changed my previous plan as this shouldn't be missed. Riding down or up GC210 road is a miracle. It brings you up to the edge of the Grand Valley and then drops you down to the bottom, along the canyon edge. Too bad that road is in bad condition so you have to take care of way you ride. Road is very narrow and traffic of anxious tourists is present so be careful.

Using Google StreetView, that GC-210 does look like an awesome road. Not sure I'd want to share it with "traffic of anxious tourists", though. Still, I'm sooo envious! 🤤

It is very unique area and scenery. Traffic wasn't that bad, but as you know, you need only one. The other day when I was climbing to the highest peak, one idiot tried passing me in blind curve when car came from the other direction. Of course, what he does, pushes me out to avoid accident. I was hoping to find him at the top and brake his rental but he wasn't there. I guess he knew what was coming. Anyway,just another day on the bike.
