Dutch Smoke Tupper Circumloco

Otto Miller to Smoke Ranch (loop around on severely decommissioned Wilderness road), back on the Smoke connector, and up Tupper ranch to Rim road and then connect with the Pisgah-Home for a mile and then drop all the way down into Dutch canyon again.

Yes-- the top of the ride at the Pisgah-home / Bacona road can take you to Bacona with a left turn, or over to the CZ drainage if you continue north.

Not particularly. The graded logging roads are fine, some of the older powerline roads have big puddles in them.
