This was on the Sunday when Benicio and Cormac came to visit , as usual First of all I could not get this short ride to go onto the computer , but as is obvious I eventually did . It was a cold miserable day and I thought in my ignorance that the blustery rain had stopped but it did not . It was really wet the whole way . Light rain but still rain . I was so full of rubbish that I did not even try to get a cup of coffee in Enniskerry so not that enjoyable a cycle . Still it was an hour or two out in the air and the night before it was fairly lonely as Jennifer went to Dundalk for the night to see her old school pals , not in the Imperial , may I add.Still I was glad I went . However my left knee is very swollen and I really hurt it at the start of the cycle and it is now huge . A lot of TLC from physiotherapy is required
