Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today was a great day for a ride. I wore 1 base layer and arm warmers which I took off at the bottom of Keene. Winds from the North. I did intervals on the return Ascent. I felt real good, only minor soreness in the lower back a few times. Which didn't last more than 10-15 seconds. My calf muscle did great today, almost no hint of pain. No numbness in my hands. Today was a treat, I did good time and on the return descent, I hit over 40mph. Just really hammering the downhill. Fun Fun!! My gear worked flawless today, although I think my camera was off on the downhill, or at least part of it. I'll have to check later. There was a guy going up the mountain about 1 to 2 miles from the bottom. I was able to bridge up to him on the last mile of the ride. That's always encouraging.
