Joined the STP sans Shane. Ugh. Thought I would be able to hold on, but going across Lower Buckeye, I had to let go and fall back. Just lost my legs! I had started strong. Then finished going up to Skyline Park, well behind all of them. Mark was also behind me. I met them up at the top of Skyline. Headed back down before them and of course they passed me. But they waited near the McDonalds and I caught up. We rode over to Verrado together, at a nice pace. The legs started to feel better and I kept right with the pace and even pulled to the lead from the last stop sign going up to Main St. That was fun. After that I was more into enjoying the view and they were still pushing the pace, so I feel off since I figured I would be heading home and they would to to Ebb n Flow. So it was ok to drop off. Great morning of cycling. Oh this was Wray's first day back in a week of being to CO. He hung on the whole time! Way to go Wray.
