Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Today's weather was great. I only had to wear arm warmers till the bottom of Keene. I had good legs today. Not quite as good as the last Keene ride, but pretty close. I approached it the same way as last time. Doing intervals all the way up the ascent. I didn't have many ailments, mostly slight soreness in the lower back and a hint of numbness in the right hand. Other than that, it was smooth sailing. The new saddle continues to prove to be real comfortable. Gear, no problems that I could see. My concentration was good, with maybe a few blips. Balance was also good. I'm going to contiue the exercise routine that I have now. I'm hoping that my lab comes back good, otherwise, I'm guessing that the amount of training that I'm doing is having an effect in that regard. I was able to give it a good kick on the way back down Woodford-Teh. Hitting 37+ with traffic. I wonder what they were thinking :D.
