Alongside the road one sees many interesting and sometimes troubling items that have been tossed out of cars. Todays focus is alcoholic containers with White Claw, Twisted Tea and Bud Light on the podium. The qualitative assessment has been completed in this DOCO. The bronze medal goes to White Claw, who I imagine being consumed by the woman in the right seat while their man (I hope), is drinking something like Red Bull. The gold medal goes to Twisted Tea. The 24 oz version. More empty cans than I could count. Think of it what you will.

Also, you may have noticed the pie pics. I guess that’s a thing too. The Quinault General store had the best selection so far, and I left with 3 of them. My preference in Franz, but JJs will do in a pinch.

Staying in the Quinault River Inn and RV Park tonight. Pretty nice place so far. I’ve got a very long stretch tomorrow to get to Elma, so this is a a welcome treat.
