Great ride - super nice weather, never felt worn out, no stomach troubles, nothing hurt, ate and drank well.

CLOTHING CHANGES
Took off wool hat, gloves, face wamer at ~10:00 on Saturday
Put on long tights, long sleeve base, wool shirt just before sleeping
Kept these on for early Sunday morning, along with wool hat, face warmer, and gloves, as it was ~5 C
Removed tights and rode with short sleeve base under sweater after 8:00 on Sunday, as it was already getting warm
Rode without any base layer after ~12:00 sunday - worked well
SLEEP
Slept at ~308 km, 100 m off the road, next to lake Åsnen
Really nice spot - quiet, beautiful, no one around
Slept great - a solid 8 hours - felt amazing
Got to camp at 20:30, in the sack by 21:00
Up at 05:00 the next morning, pedalling again by 05:30
Bivy sack, air mattress, sleeping bag, pillow
Use face warmer and wool hat to cover eyes - worked well
Took 2:15 to get 57 km from camp to McDonald's for breakfast
Definetely prefer sleeping properly during a 600 than just trying to push through the night!

Avoided eating big chunks of meat (no sausages, burgers)
Ate ham & cheese sandwiches, or egg & bacon, or just cheese
stomach felt good the whole time, never too hungry or too full

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
