This is the signature ride for the Vancouver Bike Club (VBC). Not quite the same route(s) the last time I did the ride. Took out the part along the Lewis River to Moulton Falls and then to Yacolt. Started from Bike Clark County is downtown Vancouver instead of Clark College. The first 15 miles was a nice warm-up to Lacamas Park. The next 18 miles covered the east side of Lacamas Lake, the dreaded 212th Avenue, down the steep hill on 164th in Hockinson and into Battleground to the rest stop at mile 36.5. The northern loop (27 miles) had plenty of climbs, starting around Daybreak Park. then Manson Creek Rd. My riding partner, who joined me early in the ride, planned on doing the 100 miler. The 89/100 split was around mile 50. I was not interested, so she stayed with me and ended up doing the extra miles at the end. Plenty of downhill back to the Battleground church rest stop (mile 63.4). Endured the nasty, steep climb out of Daybreak just before the rest stop. More long rollers heading west crossing I-5 then finally some downhill west of I-5 to the ugly, steep Felida climb. Last rest stop was the Felida fire station at mile 82.9. A little more climbing to the gradual downhill on Lakeshore Drive then the last short, steep climb on Bernie. Several people lined the street to cheer on riders. After a gradual climb on Lincoln St. the remaining couple of miles were downhill back to the bike shop.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
