Shoe Factory Woods MTB Ride 8-04-23

Fuel EX 9.8. Sunny, warm and humid, nice ENE winds that had a cooling effect when present. I did the usual loops in both directions and added on a few out and back sections to get in more mileage

Not too hard of a ride, treated it as recovery from last night's hard interval workout. I saw several other bikers and quite a few hikers and runners out. Also saw two deer, a smallish yearling and a big old mama doe.

Nice ride, haven't been out here in a while. The prairie wildflowers were in full bloom and beautiful. All the trails were in great condition and pretty dry and dusty.
