Warby Trail (Lilydale to Warburton, Victoria)

The Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail is an iconic 38 km recreation trail for walkers, cyclists and horse riders. The trail starts at the Lilydale Railway Station, then follows the route of the historical railway line through the beautiful Yarra Valley, and finishes in Warburton. Easy gradients on the trail, which is separated from traffic, with stunning scenery, makes this a sensational ride. Follow the 'Warby Trail' through vineyards, scenic bushland, open river flats, passed beautiful mountain scenery, farmlands and forests, and cross the many restored rail bridges. There are also plenty of refreshment stops along the way.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
