Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

What nice weather today. Low 70's Winds from the South East. I wore the standard kit, 1 base layer + arm coolers. My right knee continues to ail, but has been steadily getting better. I made it to the top of the descent in good time. After reaching the Loop Monument, it became apparent that the wind had shifted to a headwind. This was encouraging. After reaching the base and turn around, it felt hot. I wasn't sure what to expect. The heat didn't escalate much. I was sweating, but not profusely. My legs felt good. The weakest link today was my cardio, and that's a good thing, in my mind. Ailments were close to none, the right knee had subsided in soreness as to not detract from my efforts. Concentration was good. As was Form and balance. Gear is working well. Although, I did forget to turn on the Gopro, to the fault of my own. Other notes, I tried practicing the super tuck. My position favors, off to the side of the top tube. No other cyclists today... What a pitty.
