Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather was slight overcast, otherwise comfortable in the low 70's. Winds were turbulent. My knee is feeling better. Still lingering soreness. I felt good today, the legs were with me for the duration of the ride. There was a tailwind up until about the first or second riser. I cruised it to Keene and headed back. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was fortunate that I had a tailwind for the more difficult sections. I was able to ride steady at around 145-150 BPM HR. I was keeping in mind of landmarks. After the first dip, I told myself to just keep the tempo steady. Out of the saddle more often than not. My concentration was good for the most part. Ailments consisted of right knee lingering (mild) soreness. Balance and form was the lesser of things. Just never really got that square on the pedals sensation. Gear is working well. I think less mystery clicks today. Other notes, no other cyclists today, some visitors on the loop monument.
