Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

This is the third consecutive workout I've done indoors due to the un-rideable weather. Today was the London course. I put in two laps. I put in two ascents up Box Hill in equal time, under 10 minutes. Then the short sprint kicker. I put in a 700+ and 650+ Watt sprint over the top. Today, I tried putting a shim in the right side of the trainer. I wanted to see how it would feel. From what I can determine, it didn't help much. I still had a minor lean to the right. It's late afternoon, so the ride started later than usual. I wasn't exactly enthusiastic about riding indoors for the third ride in a row. I was hoping to get out yesterday. I wanted to head out to SS. It wasn't to be. Otherwise, my concentration was good enough. Ailments consisted of palm soreness from working in the garden yesterday. Balance was off a bit. The shim under the trainer didn't help much. Gear is working well, although the screen was tearing some. Other notes, there were less than 1000 riders today.
