If you've spent any time on the North Shore, you will have noticed that wherever you go, there's a Keith Road. Discontinuous roads with the same name are not uncommon, but Keith Road has an unusually large number of segments, many of which are nowhere near each other and don't share the same alignment, especially in West Vancouver. So, naturally, the challenge presented itself to me: explore every single segment named Keith Road! I hope I got them all! James Cooper Keith was an early property investor — a shareholder of the North Vancouver Land and Improvement Company. The haphazard collection of present-day Keith Roads is partly explained by the fact that Marine Drive and the Upper Levels Highway were built later and replaced parts of the original Keith Road.
