雖然今天仍然有酷熱天氣警告,但係我們起步比較早,沿途大部份路線都在林蔭中,還有一點非常重要的是沿途清風不斷,沒有昨日騎釣魚翁時的辛苦。
今日開始時共十位車友參與騎行,沿途雖然有車友小摔小炒,因為各人都有護甲,沒有受傷。其中有一位車友可能受不了酷熱天氣,騎到北潭坳後,決定退出,自行沿馬路回去。
而我今天另有目的,想騎經黃毛應過去水浪窩,因為在對上的四月中,騎行相同的路線,中途轉了落去企嶺下。因是之故,我沒有跟大隊踩上窯郊遊徑,與黎彩虹提早踩去大網仔午飯等大部隊。
因為天氣太熱,騎完一程的上窯郊遊徑後,沒有人想與我一道踩黃毛應過去水浪窩。最後結果在飯後,經過補充與休息,得到 Frank 和大飛揚願意同行,實在太好了。
其實,從大網仔騎上黃毛應,上到開始落山的位置,其實是比預想中容易,但係落山到水浪窩的一程則比想像中難。因為好多不規則的大級,加上我技術一般,有些彎位加落級過不到;其中一段長樓梯雖然難道不算高,但係因為夠長,使得我中途要停下休息。
大飛揚則因為昨天騎大嶼山超高強度的路線,今天在酷熱天氣警告下繼續騎行,結果在到達開始落水浪窩的位置時抽筋,落山時要休息多次才能完成。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
