Double Dog Dared Me

So frustrating. We have a leash law, but doesn't seem to be enforced or respected.
First the brown dog at the end of Broadway near the trail. The owner was standing on his phone, standing next to the dog when I came through. He did nothing to restrain or even call the dog back. Pathetic.
Then the other dog at the corner of Ray and Lakeshore. This one scared me silly as it ran in front of me. I almost hit it and that would have destroyed both of us. Then it starts chasing, but the owner was screaming at it and it stopped.
Thanks to my Garmin rear radar/camera/light, I was able to capture an image of the dogs so that I have evidence when I talk to animal control tomorrow.

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
