Tried to go to the start of a Thursday morning NVP ride in Concord, but no one was there. So, I continued on my own, and stopped at Pedal Power to fix my tires. I had put on the 30/32 tires on the Roubaix for the winter, and replace the old tires, which had worn out. But, I couldn't get them to fully seat. Pedal Power put them on correctly, using soapy water, which is a good trick. Continued riding afterwards through Acton on Nagog Hill road. My wind was halted due to lingering effects of long cold, my throat is still sore and had a small headache. But, it was a beautiful warm day for late October and the colors were nice. Took it pretty easy overall. Left hamstring and psoas still sore, despite not having ridden in two weeks.
