It's been so long since I've split my commute into two separate rides. Sitting down trying to write this out I totally remember why I started combining them into one post. Not enough to really write about when they are separated. I kinda feel like I bit off a little more than I could chew with the evening ride. When I mapped it out to add some Wandrer miles I kinda failed to add in the morning miles as well. Overall I ended up with a hair over 60 miles for the day which is 10 more than I'm accustomed too. It certainly explains why I felt like I was sucking wind so badly towards the end of the ride home. I would have felt better if I'd arrived home 10 miles earlier. Not sure about the gym tomorrow. Back has been acting up since Wednesday. I'm not sure if it was my bad form during my last barbell row set, the chair in the computer lab I was in for four hours the other day, or a combination of both. I'll take some ibuprofen tonight before bed and see how things progress tomorrow. I also have to take the kid's car in for maintenance and to have the front suspension looked at so no Scrambled breakfast. Ugh real life and responsibilities suck sometimes.
