I sported Americana theme for "Patriot's Day" (my usual CapAM get up, it's my tradition), rescued turtles (who was terrified by the way, poor creature) from two tons SUV (or other moving vehicle for that matter on Mills St.), had lunch and "got hired" at Trail's End (it was packed and in my hunger haze I inadvertently offer busboy service to other patrons), visit Waldon Pond (but forgot to visit Mr. Thoreau), showed Petra some "off road" options to bypass traffic both inbound and outbound. I am the scout and Petra being Petra provided ALL THE ENTERTAINMENT (in the form of colorful conversation and thought provoking evolutionary biology/sci fi discussions). Despite the wind was howling, we had a great time. I have a "cool down" bike ride and Petra has a season opener. It was worth the cheer of Lookout Farm Cider at lunch.
