29:11.2023 Lyme Regis Town Mill

A good number of AVP members gathered at FG some of us had pre-arranged a tour of The Lyme Regis Town Mill with Nick the Volunteer Miller fascinating stuff an explination of the mill’s history and how milling technology changed over the centuries 1300 to 1900 today the milll works muchh as it did in 1900 though it had fallen to dis-use for many years after the advent of the National Grid. It provided Lyme Region with DC electric for much of the early 20th century.before restoration to a flour mill early 21st century. Not muchh about cycling but we spotted several groups of fungi through Rousdon and top of Woodhouse lane

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
