My last ride for R12 award! Kyle and I rode a reverse edition of #98 Saguaro. Very windy. I was dressed a bit too warm with my blue woolie under a jersey and vest. I should have taken the vest off earlier or the blue woolie. Turns out that at about mile 25 my left leg cramped in inner thigh about 1 mile from top of 9 Mile hill. Luckily I had stopped a couple miles earlier to take 2 salt capsules, So after going around the round-about with one leg in pedals the cramp finally subsided and I was able to make it up to Carefree. There Kyle and I tried to find the Basha's since I thought I knew where it was, since the control point convenience store was closed. Turns out we went to hotel chain and bought water. I was good the rest of the way! Kyle is super fast on downhills and I could never stay with him.
