Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I wasn't sure what to make of today's weather when I got up. It looked like it was about to rain. But, after 2 hours the clouds started to dissipate just a bit. I decided to get out instead of an indoor workout. I felt good from the start. Thee was a siginificant headwind on the way out. I wore enough to keep me warm. No suffering today. I cruised my way to the base and turned around without a moments rest. The climb went fast. My legs were there today. I was able to hold good to high tempo for the duration of the climb. There were a few areas where I had to bring the pace to moderate. My concentration is doing better. No significant signs of gremlins. Ailments were next to none. Just the usual fatigue from the effort. Balance and form felt good. I adjusted the cleat for a narrower stance. It felt good, but will require a few rides to confirm. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist today.
Other notes. Gear is working well. I got the new Gopro aftermarket housing. It's working great. I also got a new mount. I was able to better fit than the K-Edge. It is now closer to the center of the handlebar.
